"As a child there was a collage of some newspapers and photographs that was hanging above the fire in our home. It was always cold where I lived so I spent a lot of time by the fire. I spend hours, maybe days of my life staring at this collage but every time I looked I could still find something new. This is what I want to achieve with my art. A work that keeps enticing, no matter how often you look at it.'
